What is w/humans?

At it's core, with humans is a collective of people, who all share the belief, that empathic human relationship and human well-being are the most important factors when working together. For the good of the involved humans, but also for the good of the relevant outcome.

We create software. With you, for you, with humans, for humans. We do this, while employing modern and up-to-date development practices together with incremental and lean processes. This way we ensure to build the right thing. And to build it right.

We act as mentors, coaches and trainers to teams. Either by way of embedding ourselves into teams fully, supporting you in your day-to-day work, maybe for longer periods of time.

Other times we might mentor and coach individuals and organisations in improving their effectiveness developing software and leading people.

Sometimes we can best support an organisation by designing and giving workshops and trainings tailored to that organisation's needs.

So far we created workshops for topics such as: Engineering Management, Pair Programming, How to build trustful team relationships, JavaScript, Test-Driven-Development, SOLID principles
